Humanize AI emails before you press send
The email is the AI-drafted document people receive most, and the one they spot fastest. "I hope this email finds you well." "I wanted to reach out." "Please do not hesitate to contact me." A reader who sees those three lines knows a model wrote the message, and knows the sender did not care enough to change it. Humanize 360 is used on emails by people who want the draft but not the giveaway.
The habits are short and repetitive: a stock opener, a paragraph per point with the same shape, a bulleted list where a sentence would do, a closing that offers further assistance, and no contractions anywhere. Human email has contractions, uneven paragraphs and at least one sentence that gets straight to the point.

Mode by recipient
- Colleague or client you know: Casual at Balanced. Contractions, plain words, the opener gone.
- Someone senior or a first contact: Standard at Balanced. Warmer than Formal, still no slang.
- Complaint, legal or HR matter: Formal at Light. Keep the register; remove the sameness only.
- A long email that should have been short: Shorten at Balanced, then read it once more and cut the last paragraph.
Protect these
Names, dates, times, amounts, order numbers, invoice references and any link text. Numbers are left alone by default, but put the reference codes on the protected list, because "INV-2041" is not a word the engine should be creative with. If the email quotes someone, protect a word from the quote so it stays verbatim.
Add these yourself
The first line should say why you are writing. Not "I hope you are well", the actual reason. Add the one detail that proves you remember the last conversation. If you are asking for something, say when you need it. A founder in Toronto sending forty emails a day can let the engine handle the editing; the thing worth typing by hand is the first sentence, because that is the one the reader decides on.
A twenty-second check
Read the first line and the last line. If either could be sent to anyone, rewrite it. Run the grammar checker at /grammar-checker if the recipient is someone whose opinion matters. Common questions
Does Casual mode make my email unprofessional?
Casual adds contractions and plainer words. It does not add slang, jokes or emoji. It reads like a competent person writing to another one. For a first contact with someone senior, Standard is the safer choice.
Can I humanize a whole email thread?
Paste only the message you are sending. Quoted earlier messages from other people should not be rewritten, and including them wastes your free allowance.
Is there a way to do this inside Gmail or Outlook?

Is my email content stored?
Not for anonymous runs; the text is processed in memory and discarded. Signed-in runs go to your history, which you can delete at any time. Nothing is sent to a third-party model.
