Humanize AI product descriptions without touching a single price
A shop with four hundred products cannot write four hundred descriptions by hand, so a model writes them, and every one says the product is "perfect for any occasion", "crafted with premium materials" and "designed to elevate your experience". Shoppers skim past. Humanize 360 is used on product copy by store owners and agencies who need the volume of AI and the specificity of a person who has held the product.
The habits are dense adjectives, rule-of-three feature lists, a benefit sentence that could apply to any product, and a closing call to action in the same words every time. Because descriptions are short, three tells in fifty words is a very high density.
Simple mode strips the adjective stacking and shortens sentences while leaving every number alone. Paste one description above to see it. For a catalogue, upload a DOCX or TXT and download the result; batch documents are available on the Standard plan and above.
Never changed
- Prices, currencies, sizes, weights, dimensions, quantities and percentages. Numbers are left alone by default.
- SKUs, model numbers, colour names and material names. Put these on the protected list; "Midnight Navy" is not a phrase the engine should reword.
- Brand and product names, including trademarks.
- Compliance wording: allergen statements, safety notices, warranty terms. Protect a word from each.
Mode, strength and batch
Simple at Balanced for most descriptions. It replaces "utilize" with "use", "crafted" with "made", and "elevate your experience" with nothing, and it cuts the third adjective. Shorten at Balanced for marketplaces with character limits. Standard at Light for luxury goods where a fuller register is expected. An agency in Lagos running a fashion catalogue keeps a protected list per client with every colour and fabric name and uploads the whole catalogue as one file.
What sells that the model cannot write
The one detail from handling the product: how heavy it is in the hand, what the fabric does after a wash, which pocket the phone fits. The honest limitation: not waterproof, runs small, needs two people to assemble. Who bought it and what they said. The engine makes the draft readable; the detail makes someone buy.
Check a sample
Humanize ten descriptions, then run three through the free detector at /ai-detector. If the tell-word and rule-of-three signals are clean, run the rest. Read one aloud in the voice of a shop assistant; if it sounds like an advert, use Simple at Heavy and try again. Each run gives a different result, so a second pass often lands closer.
Common questions
Can I humanize hundreds of descriptions at once?
Yes. Put them in a DOCX or TXT file with one description per paragraph and upload it. Batch documents are on the Standard plan and above; the Project and Bulk packs cover large catalogues on pay-as-you-go.
Will it change my prices or sizes?
No. Numbers, units and currencies are left alone. Protect SKUs, colour names and material names so they are never reworded. The Changes view shows every edit per description.
Does it keep the keywords my listings rank for?
Yes, when they are on the protected list. The engine varies the prose around protected words and never substitutes them.
Can it write descriptions from scratch?
No. Humanize 360 rewrites text you give it. Draft with whatever model you use, then humanize. Expand mode can develop a thin description, but it does not invent product facts.
